Edelweiss Chocolates is the quaint Beverly Hills chocolate shop that has been serving customers since 1942. Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, this small and charming chocolate shop’s perhaps greatest claim to fame is that it was used as the filming location for the classic I Love Lucy scene where Lucy and Ethel attempt to work on a factory conveyor belt (and fail at it in an epic way).
Edelweiss is not grand, large, or even necessarily glamorous. Yet among new hotspot eateries and chic boutiques, the charming little chocolate shop remains an essential part of the golden triangle fabric for good reason.
The chocolate shop sells high-end gourmet chocolate that is all hand-made on-site (I am particularly partial to their chocolate covered oreos which are available in white, milk, and dark chocolate). The chocolate shop’s homey décor makes you feel comfortable when you shop, as does the always friendly service behind the counter. With their beautiful gift-wrapping of chocolate packages and special holiday themed gift boxes, it’s also a great place to get gifts for others.
For chocolate lovers, Edelweiss Chocolates is worth your time.
