Get ready for the sushi experience of your life. Although there are many SugarFish over LA and also a recently opened one in NYC, this one is very special, maybe because of the people I shared the experience with, who knows.
Sushi is something I’ve cherished for a long time in my life. And at SugarFish, they somehow mastered this beautiful thing from Japanese culture that is mystery and mysticism. There are different menus and all of them go around the same claim from the chef: "Trust me". So imagine going to a restaurant and having in your hands a "trust me" menu from a Japanese chef. There's only one thing to do: enjoy...
And since each menu has a different number of plates, for the ones like me that enjoy the sharing dishes thing, that's a very easy thing to do there.
For the ones looking for the best sushi place in town, SugarFish is a must.
