This small, unassuming pizza take-out place is worth every effort taken to get to and there’s good reason why it’s called Cloud Factory!
I'd heard rumours that one of the best pizzas in Luxembourg comes from Cloud Factory. People told me “There’s no better crust!” and “The sauce is incredible” and “Their topping to dough ratio is on point!” So, of course, this has now become our favorite pizza place. I love that the menu offers enough variety but not so much that figuring out what to order takes hours. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is flavorful, fluffy and soft. Imagine eating a cloud with gooey cheese, deep tomato flavor, fresh basil and spicy sausage. I highly recommend the Diavola pizza, although every pizza to date has been amazing.
Given Luxembourg is still in the midst of winter, we decided to order online to ensure our pizzas were ready when we arrived. The online order was incredibly easy, fast and we were able to choose our time for pick up. We arrived just as our pizzas were coming out of the oven. The pizza masters were in their groove, making pizzas and singing along to their music. Maybe their happiness makes the pizzas better?
In warmer weather, you can easily enjoy your pizza sitting in the plaza outside the shop. Also, make sure to ask about their pizza-making workshops. You may not learn how to make clouds but you could come close!
