The Makers Market Manchester

In Northern Quarter

""The Makers Market" in Manchester's Northern Quarter is definitely the place to go for alternative wares! No matter what you're looking for, you'll find it"

Manchester's Northern Quarter is the place to go for alternative wares. Its monthly Makers Market is a perfect example of the area's unique character.

A place for Manchester's creators to display and sell their creations, the market is a lively and vibrant place with friendly vendors and incredible wares.

Stevenson Square comes alive on the second Sunday of every month, with lovely artworks and crafts, vintage wares and award-winning food and drink.

Whether you're looking for a new piece of Manchester-themed artwork to display in your home, or some African superfoods, you'll find something for you at the Makers Market.

And if you can't make it to the Northern Quarter, the Makers Market is available on different dates across the city - Cheadle, Stockport, Didsbury. All dates and areas are available to view on their website, along with the Makers featured.

I had a lovely experience wandering through the stalls. Everyone was friendly and cheerful and eager to tell me about their creations and items on sale.

The Makers Market would be a great choice for Christmas shopping if you want to avoid the same-old that most high street stores are peddling.
