Cafe 5 was previously known as Underdog - they changed their name after the Belarus 2020 events. It is a pizza place, but maybe it isn't the pizza you'd expect to see. Their concept is "pizza and sparkling wine". So, it's something more sophisticated than just a usual pizza brought to you by a delivery person.
Most modern pizza places use electric ovens. Here, they have an open fire oven powered not by gas, but wood, and by the way, they have it not so far from the place where the guests are sitting, haha :) And all that because they wanted to make real quality pizza bread. They make some traditional recipes like "4 seasons" and "pepperoni", but also like experimenting. How about a pear and ricotta cheese pizza? Yeah, this one is for you, pineapple-pizza haters!
You can also order tartar or salad here, but I recommend you stick to the original concept. Believe me, it turns out that pizza and sparkling wine are a perfect match! Especially the way pizzas are made here.
Note: Pizzas are made individually in Cafe 5. I mean their size, one pizza for one person. And the menu is not very big. They wanted to keep it simple.
