Never seen baseball before? Now is your chance! Baseball can be considered slow, and to most its a drinking man's game: 3 hours of a man throwing to another man with a third trying to hit the ball. It's best described as an advanced game of pitch and catch. The season starts in April and goes through October if you're lucky! You haven't seen baseball until you've seen the Philadelphia Phillies though.
Welcome to Citizens Bank Park, Home of the Philadelphia Phillies. The Philly fans are considered to be the most passionate fans in the US - also described as the worst fans, because like cannibals we eat our own. Known for a number of "incidents" like throwing snowballs at Santa Claus, our fans are die-hard, to put it lightly.
The stadium is great though, with a great atmosphere. You can try all the Philly foods as well: the big 4 Cheesesteak spots, Federal Donuts, Philly pretzels and many more mouth-watering eats. Whether the Phils are doing well or horrible, they always bring a strong crowd and a good time. Go Phillies!
P.S. The best way to get there is take the Broad St line down to the end. (ATT)
