About me
I grew up in a small city in Missouri and started traveling as soon as I got my driver's license at 16. Traveling has always been my passion. I feel like I must have been an explorer in a past life because I’ve been on the go from day one. I travel as much as I can and try to take a trip once a month. I want to see and experience everything!
Currently, I keep busy with anything that has to do with the industry. In my spare time, I review restaurants, hotels, spas, and casinos. I also host people in my house from all over the world on AirBnb and Wimdu. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world because it inspires me to see and do more. They give me ideas on where my next travels will take me and I get to share my love of traveling by telling them about places I’ve been. I also get to show people the great city I call home.
Why Philadelphia?
I moved to Philly in 2007 and fell in love with the city instantly. I was fortunate to meet a group of locals right away to tell me the ins and outs of the city. Philly is a low key city that is easily managed since it is an easy city to get around in. Philly is also becoming more and more popular so new things to explore are popping up every day.
By running a semi-B&B out of my house it encourages me to keep up with everything new in the city since I want to give my guests the best possible Philly experience.
