If you want an Italian pizza, I can guarantee you that Il Pizzaiolo is one of the best places in town. Next to Torre dos Clérigos and Livraria Lello, located just in the city's center, you’ll have a place with an industrial decoration, nice staff and really tasty food.
They offer more than 12 options of pizzas to satisfy your cravings. Oh, you're not feeling like eating pizza today? Ok, even though I may be questioning your sanity right now, they also serve risottos, pastas and salads — and they are all delicious. To experience the traditional Napolitan cuisine, try the Margherita pizza, made with mozzarella di bufala, basil and tomato sauce. It's a classic and one of their best. If you are vegan and want to go there, don't worry! The Vegan Pizza is made with tomato, arugula, olives, and 100% vegan cheese. For dessert, you must try the Nutella Tiramisù made with mascarpone, Nutella, ladyfingers, a liqueur called Disaronno, and topped with cocoa powder. It's super fluffy and has a lot of different textures. Hey, I can almost see you drooling over there!
They open for lunch, dinner and afternoon meals. So, it's perfect for tourists. The place's capacity is for 60 people tops. So, if you want to eat something during busy hours, I have a tip for you: don't think twice and reserve a table! The tradition of la vera pizza napoletana (please, read this while making hand gestures) awaits you!
