If you know the difference between macchiato, flat white and chemex, then you are at the right spot. All in all, this is the best coffee in town. Chucky's started as a small cozy place but they are already opening a third location. I will focus on the original one in the city center since it's the most convenient for people visiting Sofia. And also there's a beer shop and a brunch place right next to it. What else do you need? Ok, there's also a number of other SbL spots in the vicinity.
Anyway, back to the center! The cozy coffee store offers also cold brew, tea and some hot chocolate. It's quite small but if you are lucky enough, you might get the two "gossip" chairs overlooking the passers-by on the street. The other option are a couple of high stools and you can often see people hunched over a laptop there, pretending to be doing something important. The third option is available only in warm weather - sit outside.
As any coffee shop, you can also grab take away.
If you feel like buying some of their products, you can do it in this coffee shop or at the second location which is a coffee store (check their website). The third place is even more interesting since it would allow you to also... fix your bike.
