The Gym (known as The Red Gym) was one of the first modern & large gym complexes in Sofia and it is still one of the best in Sofia. Even though the name suggests it is a gym, it is much more than that. Apart from working out on two floors, there is also aerobics on offer, a Spa center and beauty zone as well as various courses, such as Zumba. Recently they added a car wash at the parking lot. There is also a shooting range at the basement level.
The complex has its own parking lot, which is quite handy as you don't need to look for a parking space. On the first floor of the gym area you will find treadmills and bicycles. On the second floor there are the actual working out machines and weights. The changing rooms are large, nice and clean. They also offer massages, a jacuzzi and bath after your training to complete your relaxation.
It is best to go before 15:00 every day as it tends to be much quieter then. There is a nice cafe on the second floor with a summer balcony where you could rest after your workout. Apart from the usual energy drinks and juices the cafe can also prepare energy shakes and drinks for you.
Apart from paying monthly you could also pay per visit for the gym - 9 lv. if you visit before 15:00 and 15 lv. after 15:00.
