About me
Originally from the USA, I hold a BA in Business Economics and History in addition to JD in Law. I am a lover of history, food, music, travel, and culture.
Why Yerevan
I love Yerevan because it is a quaint city, cultured, and overall very intimate. It is also the capital of my homeland. Cafes, sculptures, museums, and venues dot Yerevan's landscape, making the city that much more exciting and dynamic. It is where both the past and the present intersect.

The "Modern Art Museum of Yerevan" doesn't look special on the outside but its collection is striking & the entrance is super-cheap! Great for art lovers.

On Teryan St, Jengyalov Hac serves this Artsakh specialty: flatbread stuffed with wild greens. Hearty, healthy, and best with matsnaprtosh or tan.

Wine Republic is one of my absolutely favorite places to eat in Yerevan! Everything I have ordered here's been consistently great: from burgers to pad thai to pho.

It truly is a Soviet masterpiece considering its unique design and build: it is part metro station, part cavern and, once upon a time, part cafe.

Derian Restaurant 1: a Syrian-Armenian restaurant that also happens to be one of my favorites in Yerevan. Everything I've tried there's been delicious.

The "Ara Sargsyan and Hakob Kojoyan Museum" in Yerevan is so hidden and poorly advertised it's unfortunately overlooked. Great painting & sculpture though.

"Yerevan Railway Station" is a colossal relic of the city's Soviet past. It has U.S.S.R. written all over it. Even when I drive by, I travel back in time.
