About me
Originally from the USA, I hold a BA in Business Economics and History in addition to JD in Law. I am a lover of history, food, music, travel, and culture.
Why Yerevan
I love Yerevan because it is a quaint city, cultured, and overall very intimate. It is also the capital of my homeland. Cafes, sculptures, museums, and venues dot Yerevan's landscape, making the city that much more exciting and dynamic. It is where both the past and the present intersect.
The "Ara Sargsyan and Hakob Kojoyan Museum" in Yerevan is so hidden and poorly advertised it's unfortunately overlooked. Great painting & sculpture though.

"Yerevan Railway Station" is a colossal relic of the city's Soviet past. It has U.S.S.R. written all over it. Even when I drive by, I travel back in time.

"Zoravor S. Astvatsatsin Church" Yerevan is a treasure. This building from the 17th century (one of the city's oldest) is one of my favorites in the city.

"Yerevan Museum of Folk Art" is one of my favorite museums in the city. It is rich with culture, hidden, and just plain interesting.

The "Sergei Paradjanov Museum" in Yerevan is such a cool place -- as was Paradjanov's life and work. It's like walking through a kaleidoscope...
by
"Kond District" is unique because it is one of the remnants of Old Yerevan. That's why it is so dear to me: it's a vestige of the city's past...
by
"Meghedi Cafe" is a Yerevan staple. Locals, Diasporans and tourists all gather at this all-day cafe to have a bit to eat. Just try the village-style fries!
by
"Martiros Sarian House-Museum" in Yerevan celebrates the life, work and memory of one of Armenia's most beloved painters. It's easily one of my favorites.
