About me
My name is Ruben. I'm a psychologist and I have a master's degree in management. I work as an HR technician in a Japanese multinational company and during the weekends I usually work as a guide in Porto. I love to watch and play sports.
Why Porto
The main reasons behind the love I have for my city are because I am familiar with the streets, the monuments, and I also feel identified with its culture and gastronomy.
Where else can you find me online?
Overtime Tours
"Beira-Rio Marketplace" on the riverside of Gaia is next to the Porto wine cellars. Don't be fooled -- they have local Portuguese products & food here...

"A Pérola do Bolhão" is in downtown Porto, a really old beautiful building with traditional Portuguese products and an old Art Nouveau façade.

"Concha Douro" in Porto has been there all my life, and I remember the employees from my childhood. I really like their inexpensive cakes & daily meals...

"Tapas na Boca" in Porto is a great restaurant for tapas downtown. I like the view and trying all the new dishes. The desserts are also the best...

Beautiful "Casa da Música" in Porto isn't just a music place .. A lot of my favorite groups have appeared here and I like watching at the skaters outside.

I have connected "Matosinhos Beach" with a lot of memories from university. I used to do bodyboarding with friends here... What a relaxing time by the sea!
