Brickyard is a popular bar and restaurant in the exciting area of SOFO in Stockholm. This place is normally jam-packed on Saturdays and Sundays. People come for the popular Sunday Brunch and Saturdays a lot of locals come for the game and to meat friends over a few brewskies.
The food is an eclectic mix of a little thing of everything. You'll find Mexican, Tunisian, American, Italian, Swedish, and more. Personally, I love the lamb chilli, just the right amount of heat, and the meat is so tender after being slow cooked. The New York Salsicca is also very good with creamy mashed potatoes. If you want to share something smaller, take the Quesadilla with feta cheese or the Macho Nacho (which serves up to 4). Don't miss out on the Hot Garlic Prawns, which are so good!
Most weekends, you need to come early or make reservations for Sunday Brunch. If you don't mind waiting come over and have a drink while waiting for your table. Have a chat with the locals, they love new people. This is a great neighbourhood bar with a friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. If you like soccer, Brickyard is home for the local club Hammarby. On game nights it gets very crowded here.
