Average writer and a terrible photographer but always hungry. I won’t share my food, but I will share my experiences! I’m a maths teacher who enjoys a good meal with a beer in all parts of the world, and that’s also true here in Uzbekistan. I’m mainly interested in restaurants and fun things to do for tourists and other visitors.
Why Tashkent?
My new home town is mostly unknown to the English-speaking world. It has a lot to offer, but you have to live here to find out all of the best spots. I’m hoping to help English-speaking tourists and other visitors understand the vibrant, contrasting, and confusing city of Tashkent and Uzbekistan in general.
