An evening stroll in the city is perfectly rounded off with a few scoops of delicious gelato, made following proprietary recipes at a small facility in Tashkent. Got a sweet tooth? Try the Nutella or Lotus biscuit flavors. Not a fan of sugar? Get the dark chocolate flavor, which contains no sucrose of any kind. Sorbet lover? They have you covered. It’s hard to pick favorites, but some of the flavors I get most often are pistachio, Bounty, and salted caramel.

The menu doesn’t end at ice cream either – Giotto has mouthwatering waffles, topped with fruit and chocolate, and filling desserts, such as cheesecakes and tiramisu. There are a few locations around Tashkent, with this one being next to Giotto Pizzeria, a restaurant with Italian-style pizza, pasta, and other dishes.

The atmosphere is always family-friendly, the cooking delicious, and service fast. This is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy well-prepared cuisine, whether sweet or savory. You can also easily take your frozen treat with you in a cup, cone, or several sizes of takeout ice cream boxes. Make no mistake: this is a high-quality ice cream place, at an appropriate price point.
