Tbilisi is an old city - maybe even way older than one might think. Officially founded in the 5th century, the capital city of Georgia has always been known as a multinational, peaceful and historical city.
Well, it still does... But there's one thing that made Tbilisi more famous in another way - its nightlife. Rising popularity when having nightclubs such as Bassiani and others is a logical process but here's a place that might be the turning point in the recognition of the city.
Canudos Ethnic Bar is a respected pioneer of Tbilisi's nightlife. It was one of the first 'underground' bars in the city and it played a huge role in its overturning.
Located in the city center, Canudos gives you an opportunity of spending a wonderful evening with (or without) friends - listening to good music, dancing or having interesting conversations with others.
Have I mentioned prices already? I guess I didn't, and what if I told you that you can afford all these just by spending around 10 Euros?
In short, Canudos has been keeping its respected place in the nightlife of modern Tbilisi since the opening and it's WORTH visiting.
