Right in the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and in front of Israel's National Theater "HaBima," you can find Nechama VaHetzi - a great coffee place with good food and all-day happy hour for drinks great coffee - but above everything - Nechama VaHetzi has the best balcony in town.
Tel Aviv is a vibrant city; it feels like something is going on all the time. By sitting on the balcony of Nechama VaHetzi, you can watch one of the main intersections in the city to see musicians, TV stars, and other wannabes. Nechama VaHetzi is a great place to take your laptop or a nice book and to spend a few hours reading, working, and watching people.
Nechama VaHetzi is delicious, and there is great variety in their menu (lots of options for vegetarians and vegans). It's also dog-friendly and smoker-friendly (few sections for smokers indoor and outdoor).
One of my favorite things about Nechama VaHetzi is the happy hour drinks menu: one of the most affordable drinks menus in town. I love to have some beers there before the day ends and enjoy the city's atmosphere and vibes.
