I watch way too many YouTube videos. I confess. So I saw some very crazy and fun desserts I had a big desire for, and then came Zero iceroll and made me happy and addicted forever after.
Livio has a great background as a waiter for great restaurants in London and a great culture (both in general and food). He uses a refrigerated plaque to transform EVERY snack you can imagine in ice rolls made right in front of you.
I tried a Kinder Bueno and pistachio cream one: delicate and kinda chic. My boyfriend tried a "monster" one: Lion snack, peanut butter, caramel, extra caramel and salted peanuts crunchy dust on top. That was exaggerated but WOW.
They also sell traditional mochis (I highly recommend the black sesame and the peanuts one), ice cream mochis (cheesecake flavour is the best) and hot mochis (winter is coming and they're delicious). They also sell Japanese beverages in a great variety of flavours, some teas and dorayakis (azuki and chestnut cream to mention two of them).
So: you'll get diabetes and addiction, but you'll be happy to just look at the creation of your ice cream and to chat a bit with Livio and Manuela about everything.
Remember to leave a post-it on the store board.
