Venice is famous all over the world for its artistic exhibitions, “La Biennale di Venezia,” which, once every two years, takes place in Venice’s iconic Arsenale, the Giardini della Biennale and many other venues around the island. Though astonishing and ever-worth attending, this exhibition requires the visitors to pay an entrance ticket.
On the contrary, the European Cultural Centre, since 2011, organised free-entry art, architecture and photography exhibitions every year, welcoming more than 180 international artists in three astounding venues such as Palazzo Bembo, Palazzo Mora and Giardini della Marinaressa, with more than 500 thousand visitors per season.
Along with the perks of being completely free from any entrance fee, visitors of the ECC exhibitions will have the opportunity to both discover the latest developments in the field of contemporary art and, at the same time, experience the dreamlike feeling of walking inside an ancient Venetian palace beneath prestigious fresco ceilings and refined glass chandeliers, surrounded by the uniqueness of Venice’s history.
