Cafe Bar Havana was re-opened in July 2019. The name refers to Cafe Havana that was located here in the 60s. If you search on Google, you will find splendid black and white photos of this place from that time. The place is also similar to Zodiak I wrote about some time ago, and also pavilion-like. The thing that is different is that Zodiak still has some elements of the beautiful '60s staircase preserved. In Havana the staircase was unfortunately destroyed by the previous owners who did not enjoy beautiful ceramic interiors.
The menu, managed by the great Polish cook Maria Przybyszewska, famous also for her role in other Warsaw restaurants like Opasły Tom, is vegetarian and partly vegan. For lunch you will be getting some delicacies like eggs or traditional chałka with jam. For dinner you'll have to make the difficult choice between one of their pizzas (check the artichoke one, it's delicious).
