When I first heard about this place, my first thought was "what a perfect name"! It is the combination of three words which is cow, life and vegetables. For vegan burgers you couldn’t ask for a better title. This is the kind of food to get if you're very, very hungry or hung over, as it is the most nutritious vegan proposition I have ever tried.
There are five options how exactly to fill the bun: either with vegan cutlet pastrami or grilled veggies; then there always the “taste of the month”, which depends on the season. There is also the option to have the burger as a salad which goes with millet instead of a bun. The third option is a tortilla, so everyone should be satisfied.
Recently, they also added vegan hot dog to the menu, so I can’t wait to try them because I've never been disappointed by their propositions. What is also cool is that they only use eco-friendy cutlery and do not have plastic straws.
