Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej, MSN (Museum of Modern Art) has a very eventful history. It was based in a glass container in ul. Pańska (before MSN it used to be a famous furniture shop called Emilia), currently organises exhibitions in a pavilion near the riverbed, and is supposed to be moved to a building in Plac Defilad (just next to the PKiN). I don't know of any other museum in Warsaw that can boast of such a story. Architectural projects have suffered many obstructions, from architects resigning to build it to quarrels concerning the new HQ.
Sculpture Park in Bródno was built in 2009 and the idea is, as described by the museum itself, based on many types of art, i.e. social, participatory, but also minimalist. The sculptures here are a part of MSN's ever-growing collection. The idea of the Park was started by MSN and one of the most original artists of social/participatory arts, Paweł Althamer. It gathers work by Paweł Althamer, Ai WeiWei, Jens Haanning and many more.
