If you're looking for a place that serves Polish cuisine the new way, check Vegan Bistro in the very centre of Warsaw. Here you can order a "schabowy" which is a very traditional dish consisting of a pork chop in egg and breadcrumbs but made in a vegan way - using oyster mushrooms. Here you will also find the Polish "Russian dumplings" (usually made with cheese and onion). All of the bistro's dishes are served with a variety of veggies and are beautifully composed on the plate.
In some months Vegan Bistro has become one of the trendiest places for eating the vegan way in Warsaw. You will also love their affordable prices.
There is a selection of great (craft) beers as well as desserts. However, you should try to go just a street further to Dela Krem, a sweet corner owned by the same owners as Vegan Bistro.
