The Yerevan Impact Hub, part of a global network of socially-focused co-working spaces, is located on the AGBU building's 5th floor. This community of shapers includes everyone from freelancers to tech startups, as well as various social enterprises engaged in developing different sectors of Armenia's economy. Though the space is open 24/7, visits should usually be arranged with the staff first.
This place is excellent for digital nomads, who can rent a membership and work out of one of the desks provided. The membership includes the use of a conference room, free tea, coffee, use of a kitchen, etc (the space is free to use for members of any other Impact Hub around the world). Impact Hub Yerevan is a very warm and tight-knit community, with members hailing from all over the planet. They can be your instant family when adapting to a new city. Plus, everyone speaks English, on top of several other languages.
My startup is actually based in this space, so I can personally vouch for it.
