Reggev hummus has been one of the best discoveries in town when it comes to good food at a good price. I have to thank a former Israeli colleague that said: “Best hummus outside Tel Aviv”. I must say that, although I've never been to Tel Aviv, I cannot imagine a better out-of-this-world hummus.
The first Reggev Hummus opened few years ago in Södermalm. Then it became pretty popular and last year they opened up a second restaurant in Vasastan. The first spot is a tiny pit in the wall and if you don’t know about it, it’s easy to miss that out: cozy and warm inside with few tables, optimal for a quick lunch. WARNING! Do not plan any vigorous activity after your stop at Reggev: although the portions look reasonable, the hummus is served with pita bread and topping which will make you full as an egg for the rest of the day!
While in Stockholm, go for meatballs, salmon and reindeer but make sure to stop by this place and fill up your tummy with a delicious and healthy bowl of hummus.
