As a wine enthusiast, I am so delighted to have been brought to La Dilettante Amsterdam — Natural Wine Bar in the trendy De Pijp neighborhood.
For me, La Dilettante is the perfect spot for an intimate evening or a rendezvous with a friend. The moment I passed the front door, I cannot explain how much I loved the atmosphere of dimmed lights and candles. It felt so romantic! It gave me a feeling of slowing down, which was priceless after a busy working day.
Here, you can try one of the many natural wines by glass or bottle, and a positive surprise to me was the availability of zero-alcohol options, too. Besides wine, you can also get a cheese platter with delicious bread (and they have other nibbles too). The positive and knowledgeable staff of La Dilettante is there to help you make the right choice and further contribute to having a great time.
The bar exists since 2021 and is hidden on a small side street of the neighborhood De Pijp of Amsterdam, with a few trees wrapped in tiny lights in the evening, which further adds to the atmosphere. It has an outdoor seating area with heaters and blankets, making it enjoyable to stay outdoors also on chilly days.
Keep in mind that you cannot reserve a table, and the spot is walk-in only!
