Zuiderziel in Amsterdam is a shop that offers a selection of flowers, flower pots, small glass vases, candle holders, artistic unique lamps, home decorations, feathers, frames, authentic jewelry, and many many other items.
The first time I entered, I felt lost in the beautiful selection of small items and I could not make up my mind about what to buy. The vibe is bohemian and romantic and through the objects I got the feeling of traveling across the world. Since that very first time which dates back to 2015, every time I pass through the neighborhood I cannot wait to visit the shop and get another small item to decorate my apartment.
The owner is a graphic designer and is always ready to help with suggestions, which definitely adds to the atmosphere of the shop. Don’t forget to check the small area at the back of the store! After visiting it, why not grab a glass of wine in De Pijp at La Dilettante Amsterdam – Intimate natural wine bar?
