Little Plant Pantry is a plant-based bulk shop with a small in-house restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty lunch. This is a family-owned business, and you can feel it in the friendly atmosphere and the lovely conversations around the counter. This zero-waste shop is entirely vegan and focuses on ethical consumerism, whole foods and natural products.
The shelves are stocked with bulk flours, spices, dried fruit, coffee, cleaning products, and more. You can bring your own containers or use one of the free containers they provide. They partner with small local producers to bring in handmade cosmetics and artisanal foods, and they also make some products in-house, like delicious almond milk or kombucha. In the restaurant space or the garden, they sometimes host workshops, like natural soap making, for example. It’s a great place for low-waste shopping, for a coffee with a vegan cake or a healthy lunch.
This cosy place is on a side street close to Leidseplein, on Bosboom Toussaintstraat 45 and they also deliver at home.
