Café Gorillaz is right at the Dageraadplaats in Zurenborg. Dageraadplaats in general is a very cosy square, but is especially beautiful in winter, because of all its lights and cafés all around. It's one of my favorite places to sit outside, because you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere and never get chilly, thanks to the great-working heaters and additional blankets, in case the heaters don't work well enough for you ;-)
On Wednesdays there are on a regular free live music performances by various kind of bands. The ambience inside is just as nice as outside, but rather small, so you might want to meet your soccer colleagues outside and share a blanket.
My favorite drink is their red wine. I honestly have no idea what kind of wine it is and never asked, but it is most definitely delicious and does not leave your head hurting the next day, in case you had one too many :-)
