Kiseki is situated at the Keyserlei right next to the Franklin Rooseveltplaats in the UGC. It's very central and easy to find. The interior is simple but with flair. It's a Japanese sushi restaurant which opens its doors for you everyday. Throughout the day you can either choose from the menu or decide to go for the all-you-can-eat buffet. Depending on the time the price varies, but they always offer a good price-quality ratio. The concept is widely known: there are several rounds, in which you can chose as many food items you'd like. At the end you have to pay extra for everything you couldn't finish, so don't be too hasty :-)
My absolute favorite (actually in every sushi restaurant) is the wakame salad. It's seaweed with sesame seeds and oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce. It's not for everyone's taste buds, but if you feel like trying something new and fresh, go for it! You can also get wakame sushi instead of the salad, if you prefer.
