This park has only been there for a few years, and what a beautiful asset it is to the city!
It is quite spacious, has some very well-placed benches (yes, I do miss good benches a lot sometimes in the city), and most of all, has a view over the Schelde and the harbour behind it. It is located next to some clubs, near Het Noordkasteel (in Dutch) (a bigger, more natural park), and is one of the many new pieces in 't Noord and 't Eilandje area. Its real name is the Droogdokkenpark, but because it is located in the Scheldebocht, people tend to call it Scheldebocht.
What I advise you to do is sit there with some friends in the evening when it's dark and drink, dance, and have fun. On top of that, the whole harbour is lit up, and it is just overwhelmingly beautiful to look at. It really feels as if you are sitting on the outskirts of a huge city.
If you are lucky, you might also stumble upon some people with a portable music box in the evening and join the party. Of course, this occurs more in the summer than in the winter.

"Café Kamiel" in Antwerp has it all - good food, great coffee, a big-sized terrace and the perfect location. I come for their all-you-can-eat spaghetti!

I've had some of my best nights in "Bier Central" in Antwerp. It's very central and easy to reach. I recommend trying the Leffe Ruby and Kwak beer...
