If you're planning a visit to Razzmatazz you may want to check out L'Ovella negra (The Black Sheep in català). This huge bar is well-known as the biggest pub in Barcelona, with more than 2000m² of space.
The building was originally an industrial warehouse built in 1908. In 1993, a year after the successful Barcelona Olympics, the Ovella Negra opened its doors as the second bar of the same name – the first and original Ovella Negra opened in 1965 in the Raval.
This megataverna has loads of table football 'futbolín' which are free to play from 17:00 to 21:00. They usually project important football matches on their big screens. You may also be lucky enough to catch some gigs as well.
You can enjoy a jug of sangria or a jug of beer for 3.50€, and they also serve a good selection of snacks such as bravas, nachos and burgers.
Because at night it gets very busy and with a vivid ambience, this spot is a great spot to meet up before going partying. So, if you plan on going to Razzmatazz with some friends – it's only two streets away- this bar is probably your best option for a drink, a snack, a laugh, and a game of futbolín. You'll end up going from the biggest tavern in Barcelona to the biggest club in Barcelona.
Interestingly, they also host 'On the Market', a second-hand market event, on the third weekend of every month.
