As you enter bar Salvatge, you see a great place to hang out with friends and interact with other people, too. The tables outside and the energy of the people standing and talking, their natural wines by the glass in hand, together with some nice shared tables inside, make it the perfect place to chill, experiment with new sensory feelings with wine and accompanied with great food, of course.
Salvatge, as the name suggests, goes to great lengths to use everything that's as wild or free of additives as possible. From wine to food, we can see often see in their IG account some trips to explore and harvest seasonal products throughout Catalunya.
The restaurant's very diverse team also adds an incredible amount of value to it. You will see people from different parts of the world working, and of course dining there.
They have a great selection of wines by tap, and every day they open some bottles to sell by the glass too. You can also order them by bottle from a wide selection. We tasted Garnaxa, Ribera del Duero, and some other one that I can't remember due to the alcohol level in my blood.
Good choice for taking someone out for a first date!
