The description refers to the song by this band that I discovered lately called Black Pumas. When I walked into this quiet cafe, the song in my mouth perfectly matched the atmosphere - a kaleidoscope of colours.
The chairs, the furniture, the bar... everything is so full of colours. It's really joyful just to sit around.
Along with that, the thing that caught my eye was the perfect mess. When I say "perfect mess", I mean that the cafe is simply full of different things, from small to big, everywhere you look. It makes you wonder, "How the heck are all these things so perfectly placed?"
From framed parts of comic books hanging close to the shelf with the comics, and little pictures with some wise or motivational sayings, to different sculptures, books, and flower pots. As you look around, you will notice numerous pillows placed everywhere and a few heart-shaped lamps. The object you see hanging from the ceiling in the centre of the picture is, in fact, a chandelier. It looks pretty cool, doesn't it?
Cafe Strip, which means comic in Serbian, is a small and romantic place where you can enjoy some chill music with a cup of tea, coffee, or a pint of beer. It is close to the city center, but not too much, so I recommend it when you want to find a bit of peace and quiet.
