When you google Cetinjska 15 street you get these results:
“Serbian Kreuzberg”, “Belgrade’s new Hotspot”, “Where is Bajloni” (a bar)?
I suppose not many people visiting Belgrade and who come to Skadarlija, a classic touristic spot, will go around and discover a new clubbing place in Belgrade in Cetinjska street nr. 15.
I think that there is much more to see at Cetinjska 15 than in Skadarlija. In one place, where there once existed a beer factory, now you can find a record store (Yugovinyl record store), good 100% Arabic coffee (Zaokret - Turn), and a lot more clubs such as Kenozoik, Elektropionir, Sprat and Showroom.
On the other hand, Skadarlija has old restaurants which are crying for a new challenge, like a clown in a dying circus.
Cetinjska 15 has become a shelter for all clubs and bars which were removed from Savamala. The big new project Belgrade Waterfront is rising at that place instead.
An old chimney still stands surrounded with new clubs, all full of imagination, each and every one specific and unique. During summer it is the best to visit it after 10pm, when young Belgrade slowly wakes up and when the asphalt cools down after a hot sunny day.
