I am not big on traditional Serbian food, so I will not recommend many of those kinds of places here, but I am always ready to try out and recommend vegetarian and international restaurants. One international restaurant that I gladly recommend is La Taqueria.
La Taqueria is a Mexican restaurant located in the center of the city, but on a street that keeps it away from the busy city center traffic. As the name suggests, it is known for its taco offerings, but personally, I am a bigger fan of its quesadillas. They offer different kinds of both, with and without meat. What I love about this place is that they provide sauces of varying levels of spiciness so you can adjust the meal to suit your taste and mood.
In addition to tasty food, La Taqueria is known for its flavourful margaritas offered in a variety of flavors such as raspberry, pineapple, or lemon, which pair perfectly with spicy food. Although I usually go to La Taqueria for a meal, it's also a place where you can simply enjoy drinks and some nachos with guacamole.
Another aspect that keeps me coming back to this place is its interior, filled with colorful details depicting different Mexican symbols and aspects of its tradition.
