This small bakery located in the neighbourhood of Graefekiez, Kreuzberg may seem unassuming at first, but step inside and you'll see the magic this little shop brings to this kiez.
It's hard to go wrong, but if you are ready to do a proper taste test here, I'd recommend you get a classic item (like a croissant), something more unique to you (perhaps their crème brûlée baked in flaky pastry), something sweet (their orange fennel cake is an excellent choice), and something savoury (maybe their tomato feta pastry). Doing this will give you a good idea of all the flavors Albatross has to offer. However, if you can only pick one I think 'Queen A' does a good job at proving how they manage to make even the most simple of ingredients taste divine.
They're quite small so there's no seating available inside, however, you can sit on the long wooden bench just outside their bakery, or head on over to Wrangelbrunnen or Hasenheide Park to find more seating.
