It is always nice in Restaurant Süder. The restaurant offers you two possibilities to enjoy your meal. You can eat the tasty dishes either in the cozy garden behind the house or in the beautifully decorated interior. The restaurant is located just outside the city centre, but a visit is worthwhile nonetheless.
The food is excellent from the starter through the main course all the way to dessert. It is cooked, presented and served with love and joy. The menu is kept rather small. From my point of view, this speaks for freshly prepared food.
In Süder it is also possible to have lunch. You can choose between two menu offers: regular and vegetarian.
At Restaurant Süder I especially like the friendly serving staff, the absolutely delicious food and the atmosphere you got to enjoy in this place. A visit (or several) is absolutely worth it.

Nature is claiming back the city - a powerful image. The mural was painted by Paul Stämpfli in 1987, way before the world was discussing climate change.

I especially like that they have about a dozen bottles by the glass and that they offer you to try several wines before you settle for a good drop.
