If you’re into thrifting, The New New Bern is your new bargain hunting ground! In this secondhand shop in the university quarter of Bern, you’re definitely going to find your new it-piece. They have an excellent eye for urban fashion. The store has a women and gents department with clothes, shoes and accessories. And unlike other vintage stores, everything is curated by the team of The New New Bern themselves. Their handpicked selection is hip, urban and always in style. There will definitely be no holes in the clothes.
Last time I was browsing through their selection, I found the perfect basic long-sleeve shirt for barely anything. And I could have bought even more – I flirted with a stylish pair of Nike kicks (in absolutely great condition) and a long gray knit cardigan. It will definitely not take me long until I'm back. If you don't beat me to it.
And last but not least, some good news for fashionistas who've spoiled themselves rotten. You get the chance to drop off your items against commission or store credit. Be warned that they are quite picky in buying, though. Check out their website to find out more about their requirements.
