This lovely café/pub in the centre of Devín bears its name with pride. The owners created a quiet little paradise in their yard, with walls covered in ivy, rustic garden chairs and flowers in every corner. It is located 10min away from the castle and off the main touristic route, so mostly visited by locals. Families with kids come for the homemade ice cream, couples for a romantic dinner and groups of friends sit around pints of delicious Karpat craft beer.
The interior is also very inviting, with rustic furniture, a fireplace and a piano waiting to be tried out. Every object here seems comforting and cozily installed in its environment. They regularly host art exhibitions on the walls of their café and if you are into something you see, you can buy it there and then. Some more accessible home decorations in the nicely presented windows are also for sale.
A great place to visit after a walk in the forest of Devínska Kobyla or around Devín Castle.
"Dunajsky Pivovar" in Bratislava is a boat restaurant on the Danube. Their burgers are just amazing and I love sitting outside to listen to the river...

"Rio Grande Restaurant" Bratislava is a restaurant and club in one - don't worry, they're separated. My favorite is the chocolate fondant with vanilla cream!

"The Old Bridge" in Bratislava (which isn't so old anymore, as it was renovated recently) is impressive & industrial looking... And it's now car-free!

"Kino Film Europe" Bratislava isn't an ordinary cinema, as you can tell by the red carpets and marble inside. Most of all I like their film festivals.
