Piscine l’Espadon is one of my regular places in Brussels and somewhat of a hidden gem. It’s not just a normal pool, but fun for the entire family!

Indeed, l’Espadon has three pools; a normal one, a small one for kids and even a mini heated one for babies and toddlers, with slides. It’s such a great spot to bring your little ones and splash around, and there’s even a cute playground park behind the building!

If you need an affordable small-kids-friendly activity in Brussels, it’s a great one. You can even bring 2EUR (in cash) and take a relaxing Jacuzzi bath (with the entire family) after your swim!

The true secret about l’Espadon is the thermes area: for 15EUR, you have access to the pool and a little spa area, which is a lovely place to go on a rainy Brussels day or after a long day of activities. The spa doesn’t have many facilities, but it has the right ones. It’s clean and centrally located, unlike most spas in Brussels. Affordable, sportive, relaxing – perfection!
