It is a nice place to have lunch at. The first impression when you enter is a wide, well lit room. The atmosphere is comfy and relaxing.
The place is new and the first thing you notice is that the place is very clean and neat. The personnel is kind and polite, always willing to help. The thing I like about this place is that the prices are very low compared to other places in Chisinau and especially in the city center, but still the food is tasty. You can try the crispy chicken wings they make.
Also the place is good because all the food is made very fast, in about 20-25 minutes. I can recommend you a hot cup of their natural tea with cookies. Personally. I like the mint one the most, with lime and lemon -- it is perfect for warming you up on a cold or rainy day.
"Belgian Mussels" in Chisinau is all about seafood and mussels, and their specialty is the boiled mussels. It's ideal for a casual dinner with friends!
