Hidden in a small street in one of my favorite suburbs, you can find a small pizzeria you should not miss.
Furnished just with a few tables and chairs, you have to be lucky to get a spot, but there is always the opportunity for take away. It will be worth a try.
You have to try a lot of pizzas to find one like here, but a picture is worth more than a thousand words: the base is really thin, meanwhile the crust is fluffy and soft. Also, the sauce tastes like real tomatoes and you have fresh ingredients as toppings.
The secret of the dough is that it is a natural sourdough with 30% wholemeal flour. Nennillo is importing all products they use by themselves -- even the tomato sauce is made by Nennillo itself.
My favorite pizza is the Bufalina with red and yellow tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, Pecorino Romano and of course a touch of good olive oil.
If you are a big pizza fan like me, you should definitely step by.
