If you think vegan is just healthy and green lettuce you should stop by "Bärenstark" and it will convince you otherwise. As my best friend is vegan I visit this place really often because here you can find the typical fast food in vegan.
It does not just look amazing- It also tastes great. My favorite dish (and which you really should try) is the "Vönerteller", which means vegan kebab plate. The plate is filled with kebab meat, sweet potato fries, salad, pomegranate and different sauces and dips. I think the picture convinces everyone right away :)
The meat subsitute in all dishes is made out of seitan and free of soy, which is rare to find. As I love chips, I am thrilled by all of the vegan sauces they make on the spot: from parmesan mayo, aioli, tahini mayo to peanut sauce and many more.
Also, cheese lovers can savour the taste with the vegan Mac'n'Cheese.
And of course, if it comes to fast food burgers, onion rings and chips can't be missing. Here you can find a lot of interesting and amazing combinations like burger with crispy seitan, banana and jalapeno or roasted capsicum, peanuts and thyme balsamico onions.
...and if you are still hungry don't hesitate to get some of the desserts.
