Hennes Finest Pfeffer is a pepper shop located in the vibrant Belgian Quarter, just behind the Catholic Church of Saint Michael. Hennes Finest mainly sells Kampot pepper from Cambodia, including black, white, red, and dark red peppers. However, they also offer more surprising products such as fermented green and red peppers, both delicious and very different! Hennes Finest Pfeffer also offers tasting kits and gift boxes (with recipes), as well as other products such as the powerful Red Boat Fish Sauce 40°N.
Hennes Finest products may seem expensive, but less pepper is needed for a better taste experience. They also support Slow Food and their peppers are high quality and produced in a socially responsible way. Visit their website to learn more about the inspiring journey that led to their creation. You will also see on their website that you can order online, although I would recommend going into the store as they are always happy to answer questions and give advice.
While you are on a shopping spree in the lovely Belgian Quarter, do not miss the Mexican shop Cosita Bonita, the florist Herbarium and the kiosk Brunne vun Kölle (where you will find an interesting selection of Belgian beers).
