Once you enter Schee you'll find yourself in a wonderland of prints! A huge wall is covered with framed works of art.
Every time I pass by to see what's new at Schee's, I stand in front of this overwhelming wall and I try to figure out which print I would buy. Some of them are colorful and eye-catching, some others you have to look at more closely.
Each print has a number and you can look up detailed information about the artist and how many copies are still available as editions are limited. When an edition is sold out, it will be replaced by a new artwork.
This is somehow the concept of the store. Besides the prints you'll have a lot of fancy and exceptional designer goods to discover. Everything is handpicked and most items are only available for a certain period of time. There are tons of things that could beautify your home: cool lamps, stylish vases and shells, beautiful rugs, blankets and cushions, paper items and greeting cards, candles and even chocolate, licorice and gin.
Recently, Schee opened a second store next door on Maastrichter Str. 40-44 with a focus on cooking and beautiful tableware. Good for you - another great address in the Belgian Quarter!
