Edinburgh's Leith Walk is filling up fast with trendy new coffee shops, bakeries, plant emporiums, and local maker stores - and Nott is one of my favourites!
Run by the same people who own Artisan Coffee (also on Leith Walk), it boasts a chic decor, big portions, and a cool atmosphere. By day, it's a modern spot to sip on freshly ground coffee and sample traditional Turkish sweets. As the sun goes down and the day turns to night, it's a relaxed wine bar - choose your favourite antipasti from their tasting menus or deli counter and start making your way through their generous wine list.
Each time we've visited for a glass of wine (or two) in the evening, the team have opted for a stylish playlist of chilled old-school dance anthems. Staff are friendly and have always been eager to accommodate dietary requirements and work around them so we could enjoy the larger charcuterie boards.
