You probably won’t believe what I’m about to tell you right now, but doing your laundry can be fun! Trust me, I wouldn't lie to you.
In Ghent we have a ‘Wasbar’, translated it would be ‘laundry bar’. So it’s a bar where you can do your laundry while drinking something or having breakfast or lunch. The interior is very cozy, you probably won’t even notice the washing machines while you’re enjoying your drink.
I highly recommend the bagels for lunch, they are affordable and SO good. On Saturday and Sunday you can even have a really nice brunch with all of your friends or family. Maybe a prefect idea to treat your mother who’s always doing your laundry? ;)
Everybody needs to do their laundry, even when they're traveling around, so why not make it a fun outing? But, even when you don’t need to do your laundry, it’s a nice place to spend some time with your friends.
