This lovely little cafe has recently popped up on Hyndland road in Glasgow - when I asked one of the caterers, she stated that the venue had only recently been bought by the new owners. I was very surprised at how quickly the little cafe had made such an adjustment in what seemed to be a matter of days.
The venue itself is lovely, warm and welcoming, with a selection of pastries and cakes on display, as well as savoury croissants, shepherd's pie and potato dishes. While I was only really stopping by for some refreshments, I would definitely go back there for a coffee with friends or for some Sunday brunch snacks.
They also seem to be a delicatessen, as they had on display a selection of pickled assortments, hummus, and a unique fermented tea called Clever Kambucha, which I had never come across before.
They have also demonstrated an eco-friendly incentive, which I loved, by selling eco-friendly, compostable coffee cups. I definitely hope to stop by here again in the future.
