Spotter since 2025
Hello! My name is Fraser, I am 27 years old and a proud, Scottish resident of Glasgow. I am an energetic, outgoing person who loves to connect with nature. Whilst not on one of my enlightening walks, I love to play basketball, wakeboard and surf. I also like to travel, exploring new places and taking photos.
I have experienced so much since moving to Glasgow. One thing that's abundantly clear is that it's the people that really make this city great. Glaswegians are nothing if not proud of their City. They are kind and concerned for anyone in need of a helping hand, people from all places and all walks of life are welcomed when they come here. The cultural heritage of Glasgow is well preserved and is valued by the locals to this day. It can be seen boldly throughout the city's art, buildings and museums (which are free to the public, by the way).
Having lived here for nearly six years now, it can be easy to think after all this time I have seen it all, but that's one of the things I love both about writing for Spotted By Locals and about Glasgow. There are ALWAYS more new and exciting things to discover. Just sometimes it's hard to know where to look.
So I hope that by writing these articles, the other spotters and I can help you with your quest through Glasgow through the lens of a local.
